摘    要:目的制备格列吡嗪透泵片并考察其体外释药行为的影响因素。方法以丙烯酸树脂水分散体EudragitRS30D为包衣材料制备格列吡嗪渗透泵片,采用相似因子法考察包衣方面因素对体外释药行为的影响,并与同类进口片进行比较。结果衣膜中增塑荆种类、衣膜材料、释药介质对释药行为影响显著。结论采用水分散体包衣制备渗透泵控释片,同样达到了预期目的,为研究开发新型控释制剂奠定了基础。

Abstract:Objective To prepare the Glipizide Osmotic Pump Tablet(OPT) and to study the influencing factors of its in vitro re- lease. Methods Glipizide Osmotic Pump Tablet was prepared with acrylic resin water dispersion Eudragit RS 30D as coating material. The influences of the coating aspects on the in vitro release were investigated by use of similarity factor method and compared with the similar imported tablets. Results The types of plasticizer, coating material and release medium had significant effects on the release rate of glipizide in the osmotic pump tablet. The release curve of self- prepared OPT was substantially similar to that of the imported glipizide. Conclusion Osmotic pump controlled release tablet prepared by the water dispersion coating method also gets the expected aim of controlled release, which provides the basis for developing new controlled release preparations.
