插管法小肠钡灌肠造影（附50例分析）

本文报告了50例插管法小肠钡灌肠造影检查。讨论了小肠导管插管中的难点及处理方法。正确掌握插管技术,可在5～10分钟内将导管插至十二指肠空肠曲远侧。探索了钡剂性能、浓度、温度、配制方法及灌注速度对造影的影响。认为应用颗粒细而均匀型钡剂,浓度20～30％W/V,灌注速度每分钟70～100ml,可取得较为理想的造影效果。同时,良好的术前准备,适时应用低张药物对于获得优良的小肠钡灌肠点片亦有重要作用。

SMALL BOWEL ANEMA BY DUODENAL INTUBATION (A REPORT OF 50 CASES)

Fifty cases of small bowel enema (enteroclysis) are reported. The key problems and their resolutions during the duodenal intubation procedure are discussed. After mastering the intubation skill,the tip of the tube can reach the ano-side of the duodenal-jejunal flexure in five to ten munites. The property,concentration, temperature and compounding skill of the barium suspension, as well as the infusion rate of the contrast medium were studied. the authors believe that the optimal enteroclysis result could be achieved when the barium is of fine and homogeneous particles in size, the suspension concentration of 20-30% W/V, and infusion rate of 70-100ml per munite. Moreover, the proper preparation, the using of anti-cholinergic drug at the right moment, are also important for obtaining excellent spoting films.
