| 摘 要： | 目的探讨生存分析中多结局风险比例模型在实际研究中的应用。方法定义不同结局不同协变量取值使同一因素对应不同结局的风险函数比(HR)不同。结果两个实例分析显示，该方法在实际应用中较好地解决了同一因素对应不同结局风险函数比(HR)不同的问题。结论对于不同结局，定义协变量的相应取值，使多结局比例风险模型可估计并推断同一因素对应不同结局的风险函数比。

| Abstract: | Purpose To explore the application of mul tivariate proportional hazard function model in me-dical research field. Methods The method made different hazard ratios for one risk factor by defining different coefficients according to different outcomes. Results The method was applied by archiving in two exam ples,the results revealed that this method did good work in resolving the multip le outcome problem. Conclusions It is a good method to make one risk factor with different hazard ratios according to different outcomes by defining corres ponding coefficients. |
