| 摘 要： | 目的观察平喘宁对哮喘豚鼠白三烯B4(LTB4)、可溶性细胞间粘附分子-1(sICAM-1)含量的影响,探讨其治疗哮喘的相关生物学机制。方法以卵蛋白致敏复制豚鼠哮喘病模型,观察豚鼠引喘潜伏期的变化;运用酶联免疫吸附反应技术(ELISA)测定豚鼠血清中的LTB4和支气肺泡灌洗液(BALF)sICAM-1的含量。结果平喘宁给药后,豚鼠的引喘潜伏期显著延长;平喘宁能显著降低哮喘豚鼠血清中LTB4和支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中sICAM-1含量,与哮喘模型组比较,P<0.05或P<0.01。结论平喘宁具有明显平喘作用,其作用机制与降低哮喘豚鼠血清中LTB4和BALF中sICAM-1的含量有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of Pingchuanning on the levels of LTB4 and sICAM-1 of guinea pigs with asthma. Methods The model guinea pigs of asthma were sensitized with ovalbumin (OVA),the changes of the delitescence of asthma was observed. The levels of LTB4 in serum and sICAM-1 in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) were also observed by means of enzyme-linked immunosorbent (ELISA). Result Comparing with the model group,the delitescence of asthma was obviously prolonged in guinea pigs treated by Pingchuanning. The levels of LTB4 and sICAM-1 of guinea pigs with asthma treated by Pingchuanning were significantly lowered (P <0.01 or P <0.05). Conclusion Pingchuanning has obviously effect of treating asthma and its mechanism is probably due to the decrease of LTB4 and sICAM-1. |
