摘 要: | 目的加强护患沟通,提高现代护士的基本功,使患者早日康复。方法有效的护患沟通。结果通过有效的沟通技巧,可增进护患关系,保护护患双方合法权益,化解护患矛盾,使患者及其家属理解、配合,确保护理安全,避免护患纠纷发生。结论有效的护患沟通,可以发现问题,解决问题。
