凋亡相关基因p53和bcl-2蛋白在前列腺癌的中表达及其临床意义

目的 :探讨细胞凋亡相关基因bcl 2、p5 3在前列腺癌中的表达及意义。 方法 :应用免疫组织化学ABC法 ,检测 3 6例前列腺癌 (Pca) ,2 0例前列腺增生 (BPH )组织和 11例正常前列腺组织 (NP)中bcl 2、p5 3蛋白表达。结果 :①Pca和BPH组bcl 2蛋白阳性表达率明显高于NP组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而Pca组与BPH组阳性率无显著性差异。Pca组 p5 3蛋白阳性表达率明显高于BPH组和NP组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而BPH组与NP组阳性率无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。②在Pca组中bcl 2蛋白阳性 10例 ,其中Ⅰ、Ⅱ级肿瘤组阳性 4例 ,Ⅲ、Ⅳ级肿瘤组 6例 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;p5 3蛋白阳性 12例 ,其中Ⅰ、Ⅱ级肿瘤组阳性 5例 ,Ⅲ、Ⅳ级肿瘤组 7例 (P <0 .0 5 )。显示bcl 2、p5 3蛋白表达随着病理分级的增高而增高。③p5 3蛋白表达阳性率≤ 5年生存组明显高于>5年生存组 ,呈负相关 (P <0 .0 5 )。bcl 2蛋白表达与生存期无关 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :p5 3、bcl 2蛋白的异常表达与前列腺癌的发生发展、病理分级及预后有关。

EXPRESSION OF bcl-2,p53 PROTEINS IN PROSTATE CARCINOMA

Objective:To investigate the expressions and significance of bcl 2 and p53 proteins in prostate carcinoma.Methods:The expressions of bcl 2 and p53 were studied by means of immunohistochemical ABC technique in tissues of 36 cases of prostate carcinoma (Pca),20 cases benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and 11cases of normal prostate (NP).Results:①It showed that bcl 2 expression in Pca and BPH was significantly higher than that in NP (P<0 05,P<0 05),and there was no significant diference between Pca and BPH.p53 expression in Pca was significantly higher than that in BPH and NP.(P<0 05,P<0 05).and there was no significant difference between BPH and NP.②10 cases,including 4 cases of grade Ⅰ,Ⅱtumors and 6 cases of grade Ⅲ,Ⅳ tumors, revealed bcl 2 positive stain (P<0.05).12cases,including 5 cases of grade Ⅰ,Ⅱtumors and 7 cases of grade Ⅲ,Ⅳ tumors, revealed p53 positive stain (P<0 05).It showed that exprexxion levels of bcl 2 and p53 protein in Pca tissues increased with the progression of patholoical grade.③The expression of p53 was frequently detected in ≤5 year survival group than it was in >5 year survival group (P<0.05) that of bcl 2 expression was no relatedsurvival period (P>0.05).Conclusion:bcl 2 and p53 protein over expression might be related to the carcinogenesis?progression patholoical grade and prognosis of prostate carcinoma.
