摘    要:目的:研究长叶胡颓子根茎的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱进行分离纯化,波谱分析鉴定其结构。结果:从长叶胡颓子根茎中分离并鉴定了7个化合物,分别为白芷内酯(1),补骨脂内酯(2),香草酸(3),bakuchiol(4),齐墩果酸(5),熊果酸(6),β-谷甾醇(7)。结论:以上化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical constituents in the rhizome of Elaeagnus bockii. METHOD: Compounds were isolated by silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 chromatography. Their structures were elucidated by means of spectral analysis. RESULT: Seven compounds were isolated from the rhizomes of E. bockii, and their structures were identified as angelicin (1), psoralen (2), vanillic acid (3), bakuchiol (4), oleanolic acid (5), ursolic acid (6) and beta-sitosterol (7 ). CONCLUSION: All these compounds were obtained from E. bockii for the first time.
