大鼠闭胸式体外循环模型的建立

摘    要:目的 建立大鼠体外循环(CPB)模型,为CPB脑、肺、肝及肾等重要脏器损伤的基础研究提供经济、实用的模型。方法雄性大鼠,采用尾动脉灌注、腔静脉心房引流、中低温闭胸式CPB,转流时间2h,术中及停机后进行有创动脉压、ECG监测和血气分析。结果9只大鼠顺利建立CPB模型,CPB期间平均动脉压维持在60~90mmHg,动脉血气指标正常,停CPB后,心血管和呼吸功能顺利恢复。结论本实验建立大鼠闭胸式CPB模型是切实可行的,对CPB术后多脏器损伤的病理生理研究具有重要意义。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To establish the animal model of closed chest cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) in the rats. METHODS Nine male SD rats were anaesthetized and mechanically ventilated, and the tail artery, right femoral artery and jugular vein were cannulated. Mild hypothermia closed chest CPB was performed with tail artery purfusion at a flow rate of 160 - 180 ml/(kg. min) and cava - atrium drainage. During whole process, invasive arterial pressure, electrocardiograph (ECG) and blood gas analysis were monitored. RESULTS CPB were performed in all rats successfully. Mean arterial pressure maintained within 60 ~ 90mmHg and blood gas analysis normal during whole process. After CPB weaning, cardiovascular and respiratory functions recovered rapidly. CONCLUSION The rat model of closed chest CPB can be established. This model is very useful for study of pathophysiology underlying post - CPB multiple organ dysfunctions.
