| 摘 要： | 集体认知行为疗法是近年来在认知疗法、行为疗法和集体疗法的基础上发展起来的新的心理治疗方法之一。该疗法对强迫障碍疗效确切,操作方便,省时,省力,能节约有限的医疗资源。本文对集体认知行为疗法的理论基础、疗前准备、常用评估工具、治疗方法及在强迫障碍中的应用进行介绍。

| Abstract: | Group Cognitive Behavior Therapy is one of new psychotherapy developed from cognitive therapy,behavior therapy amd group treatment recently,which has definite effect on obsessive-compulsive disorder with convinient,time and labor saving as well as limited mdical resources saving.This article reviews group cognitive behavior therapy in its rationale,preparement before therapy,evaluation methods commonly used,therapeutic methods and its application in this diseases. |
