血小板糖蛋白多态性与缺血性卒中

摘    要:血小板糖蛋白 (GP)是一种存在于血小板质膜表面的糖蛋白 ,在血小板活化和血栓形成过程中起关键作用。GP受体的基因突变必然影响血小板表面受体的表达数量与质量 ,从而影响血小板聚集。因此 ,GP与血栓性疾病的发生、发展密切相关 ,研究其基因多态性及其与缺血性卒中的关系 ,将为缺血性卒中的早期诊断和防治提供分子遗传学基础。

Abstract:Platelet glycoprotein (GP) is a kind of GP that presents on the surface of platelet membrane. It plays a key role in the processes of platelet activation and thrombosis. The gene mutations of GP receptors inevitably influence the expression of quantity and quality in platelet surface receptors, and thus affect platelet aggregation. Therefore, GP is closely associated with the onset and development of thrombotic diseases. To study GP gene polymorphism and its relations with ischemic stroke will provide the basis of molecular genetics in early diagnosis and treatment of ischemic stroke.
