脂代谢变化在老年人认知功能障碍发病中的作用

目的 探讨脂代谢异常在认知功能障碍病因中的作用.方法 选取76例认知功能障碍患者(cognition impairment group,CIG)及100例正常对照者(control group,CG),抽取其静脉空腹血,运用单克隆抗体-免疫酶联吸附法(monoclonal anti-enzyme linked immunosorbent assay,McAb-ELISA)测定其血清载脂蛋白E(apolipoprotein E,ApoE)含量,同时测定血清中总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、甘油三酯(triglycerides,TG)、高密度脂蛋白(high density lipoprotein,HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(low density lipoprotein,LDL-C)、极低密度脂蛋白(very low-density lipoprotein,VLDL-C)、载脂蛋白B(apolipoproteinB,ApoB)和载脂蛋白A(apolipoproteinA,ApoA)含量,并对结果进行比较.结果 与对照组比较,认知功能障碍组TC、TG、LDL-C、VLDL-C、ApoA、ApoE水平较高,而HDL-C水平则较低,但两组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).认知功能障碍组的ApoB水平较对照组明显升高,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 脂代谢异常在认知功能障碍病因中可能发挥重要作用.

Effect of change of lipid metabolism on cognition impairment onset in the aged

Objective To explore the effect of change of lipid metabolism on cognition impairment onset in the aged.Methods We measured serum TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,VLDL-C,ApoA,ApoB,ApoE levels in 76 cases of senile dementia and 100 sex-and age-match control subjects,and compared results between SCG and CG.Results Compared with CG,the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C,VLDL-C,ApoA,ApoE in the sample of senile dementia subjects were higher,and the levels of HDL-C were lower,but there was no distinctly difference between SCG and CG(P>0.05).The levels of ApoB in SDG were higher than that of CG,and there was distinctly difference between SCG and CG(P<0.05).Conclusion Abnormity of lipid metabolism probably play an important role in cognition impairment onset in the aged.
