改进灌肠方法治疗溃疡性结肠炎的护理观察

目的 探讨改进保留灌肠方法对溃疡性结肠炎的治疗护理效果。方法 将75例溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为2组，观察组40例，对照组35例。对照组采取传统保留灌肠方法，观察组采取双腔球囊乳胶导尿管，用一次性输液器控制注药速度，球囊内注水防止药液外溢，并根据病变部位的不同，选择不同的插管深度厦灌后的体位。结果 与对照组比较，观察组药液在肠道内保留时间明显延长，灌肠药液外溢明显减少，总有效率明显增高。结论 改进保留灌肠方法可减少药液外溢，延长药液在肠道内保留时间，利于药液与渍疡面的广泛接触，从而提高溃疡性结肠炎的治疗护理效果。

It can raise the therapeutic and nursing effect of ulcerative colitis.
