滋阴活血利咽颗粒超声波提取工艺研究

目的:首次在滋阴活血利咽颗粒剂制备工艺中采用超声波提取方法,并优化了超声波提取工艺条件.方法:采用正交试验方法,考察颗粒粒度、加水量、提取次数、提取时间对超声提取得率的影响.结果:颗粒柱度、加水量、提取时间等因素对提取效果的影响均没有显著性,提取次数对提取效果的影响有显著性.结论:超声提取具有能耗低,省时,提取转移率高,常温提取,生产成本低等优势.

Study on the ultrasound extracting procedure of Ziyin Huoxue Liyan granules

Objective:To optimize the technology of the ultrasound extracting method in the preparation of Ziyin Huoxue Liyan granule for the first time.Method:The influences of medicinal material particle size,water doses,exaction times and extraction time on the extraction ratio were investigated by orthogonal test.Result:The exaction times could improve the exaction efficiency significantly but medicinal material particle size,water doses and extraction time had no obvious impact.Conclusion:the ultrasoun extracting method owns the advantages of low energy consumption,time saving,high extraction rate,operation under normal temperature and low production operation cost.
