摘    要:目的探索不同术式对多段腰椎间盘突出症并椎管狭窄症的疗效影响。方法将60例患者分为观察组(35例)和对照组(25例),观察组采用多开窗潜行椎管减压加髓核摘除术,对照组采用半椎板切除加髓核摘除术。结果观察组有效率91.4%,对照组有效率60%,两组有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论多开窗潜行椎管减压加髓核摘除术不仅彻底减除了神经根通道上对神经根的压迫因素,而且创伤小,保持了脊椎的稳定。是治疗多段腰椎间盘突出症并椎管狭窄的好方法。

Abstract:Objective To explore the influence of different skill types in charge of multi-sections lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion and spinal canal stenosis. Method divide 60 patients into observation group (35 cases ) and contrast group (25 cases ). The observation group are treated by making more surgical artificial opening to prowl in spinal canal to reduce pressure & ablation of vertebral pulp. The contrast group is treated by surgical removal of half neural plate and ablation of vertebral pulp. Result The observation group's efficiency is 91.4% while the contrast group's is 60%. Two groups are significantly different (P<0.05). Conclusion Not only The treatment of making more surgical artificial opening to prowl in spinal canal to reduce pressure & ablation of vertebral pulp totally reduce oppressing on neural channel to neural root, but also the wound is little, which keeps the stability of the vertebra. It's a good method to treat multi-sections lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion and spinal canal stenosis.
