| Abstract: | The medullary sponge kidney is rare in children and may present it self with hematuria and nephrolithiasis. We report a case of medullary sponge kidney in a child with nephrolithiasis, hypercalciuria, hyperuricosuria and prolonged treatment which avoided the recurrence of nephrolithiasis. |
