| 摘 要： | 目的评价CT对肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤的诊断价值。方法回顾分析15例肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤的CT表现。结果CT显示15例肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤呈边界清楚、含脂肪组织的肿块,并清楚显示肿瘤的成分以及其形态、大小、数目、浸润范围和邻近结构关系。结论CT能准确诊断肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤,为临床制定治疗方案与判定预后提供可靠的信息。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the role of CT scanning in the diagnosis of renal angiomyolipoma(RAML).Methods CT findings of 15 patients with RAML were analyzed retrospectively.Results CT scans showed the lesions of RAMLs in all patients.On CT images,the lesions of RAML presented as mass with well-defined margin and fat-containing component.CT scans clearly revealed the shape,size,number,infiltrating extent of the lesions of RAML and their relationship with neighbor structures.Conclusion CT scanning can accurately diagnose RAML so that it can provide the reliable informations for planning the treatment protocol and identifying the prognosis. |
