尤瑞克林联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效及其对超敏C反应蛋白的影响

目的探讨尤瑞克林联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果及其对超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的影响。方法选取2011年5月—2013年8月我院收治的急性脑梗死患者90例,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组采取常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上给予尤瑞克林联合依达拉奉治疗。观察两组疗效,并检测两组患者治疗前后hs-CRP水平。结果对照组总有效率为71.1%(32/45),低于观察组的88.9%(40/45)(χ2=4.444,P0.05)。治疗前两组血清hs-CRP比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05);治疗1、2周后观察组血清hs-CRP低于对照组(P0.05)。治疗前两组美国国立卫生院神经功能缺损量表(NIHSS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05);治疗1、2周后观察组NIHSS评分均低于对照组(P0.05)。结论尤瑞克林联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死疗效显著,能够有效降低患者血清hs-CRP水平,提高其生存质量。

Effect of Uribe Brooklyn Combined with Edaravone on Acute Cerebral Infarction and Impact on Serum High-sensitivity C-reactive Protein

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Uribe brooklyn combined with Edaravone on acute cerebral infarction and impact on high - sensitivity C - reactive protein （hs - CRP）. Methods 90 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from May 2011 to August 2013 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, each of 45 cases. Control group was given conventional treatment, observation group was given Uribe brooklyn combined with Edaravone on basis of conventional treatment. The effect and level of hs - CRP were observed between two groups. Results The total efficiency of control group was 71.1% （32/45）, was lower than that of observation group of 88. 89% （40/45） （ χ^2 =4. 444, P 〈 0. 05） . Before treatment, there was no statistically difference of serum hs - CRP between two groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ） ; 1, 2 weeks after treatment, the serum hs - CRP in observation group was lower than that of control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Before treat- ment, there was no statistically difference of NIHSS score between two groups （P 〉 0. 05 ） ; 1, 2 weeks after treatment, the NIHSS score in observation group was lower than that of control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Uribe brooklyn combined with Edaravone in treating acute cerebral infarction have significant effectively and can reduce the level of serum hs - CRP, improve the quality of life.
