急性脑梗死患者血浆非对称性二甲基精氨酸与血清同型半胱氨酸的相关性研究

摘    要:目的探讨急性脑梗死患者血浆非对称性二甲基精氨酸(ADMA)与血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)的相关性。方法选取2012年12月—2013年7月我院收治的急性脑梗死患者126例作为急性脑梗死组,根据美国国立卫生研究所卒中量表(NIHSS)评分将其分为轻型梗死亚组54例、中型梗死亚组53例、重型梗死亚组19例。另选取同期在我院体检中心体检健康者60例作为对照组。采用ELISA法检测受试者血浆ADMA水平;化学发光法检测血清Hcy水平。分析血浆ADMA与血清Hcy水平的相关性。结果轻型、中型、重型梗死亚组血浆ADMA水平均高于对照组(P0.01);中型、重型梗死亚组血清Hcy水平均高于对照组(P0.05)。Spearman相关分析发现血浆ADMA及血清Hcy水平均与入院时NIHSS评分呈正相关(r值分别为0.392、0.406,P0.01)。Pearson相关分析显示,血浆ADMA水平与Hcy水平呈正相关(r=0.801,P=0.000)。线性逐步回归分析发现,血浆ADMA水平随血清Hcy水平的升高而增加,呈线性趋势(β=9.446,P0.01)。结论急性脑梗死患者血浆ADMA、血清Hcy水平均升高,且血浆ADMA与血清Hcy水平呈正相关。

Correlation between Plasma Asymmetric Dimethylarginine and Serum Homocysteine in Patients with Acute Cerebral In-farction

Abstract:Objective To explore the correlation between plasma asymmetric dimethylarginine (ADMA) and serum homoeysteine (Hey) in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods 126 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from December 2012 to July 2013 were chosen as acute cerebral infarction group, according to the U.S. National In- stitutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) score, they were divided into subgroups light infarction of 54 eases, medium infarction subgroup of 53 eases, severe infarction subgroup of 19 eases. At the corresponding period, 60 healthy subjects in our hospital were chosen as control group. The level of plasma ADMA was detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) , serum Hey detected by chemiluminescence, and the correlation between ADMA and Hey analyzed. Results The levels of plasma AD- MA in light, medium and severe infarction subgroups were higher than those of control group ( P 〈 0. 0! ) ; The levels of serum Hey in medium and severe infarction subgroups were higher than those of control group (P 〈0. 05). Spearman correlation analy- sis showed that plasma ADMA and serum Hey levels were positively correlated with admission NIHSS score ( r = 0. 392, 0. 406, P 〈0. 01 ). Pearson correlation analysis showed that plasma ADMA levels were positively correlated with serum Hey levels (r = 0. 801, P =0. 000). Linear regression analysis showed that plasma ADMA levels elevated with serum Hcy levels, with linear trend (fl = 9. 446, P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Levels of plasma ADMA and serum Hey are significantly increased in patients with acute cerebral infarction. There is a correlation between levels of plasma ADMA and serum Hey.
