一氧化氮在肿瘤性贫血患者中的表达

目的研究肿瘤性贫血患者血清一氧化氮(NO)和一氧化氮合酶(NOS)的表达水平,探讨其与肿瘤性贫血的关系。方法选择2009年9月至2011年10月期间的肿瘤性贫血患者40例,为观察组;另外选择同期体检的健康人15例,为对照组。采用硝酸还原酶法测定NO和NOS含量。结果肿瘤性贫血患者NO和NOS水平明显高于正常对照(P<0.05);随着贫血程度加重,NO和NOS水平明显升高(P<0.05)。结论 NO在肿瘤性贫血的发病中起重要作用,及早降低NO水平,有助于阻止贫血的发展,可以为肿瘤性贫血的治疗提供新策略。

Expression of nitric oxide levels in tumor patients with anemia

Objective To explore the expression level of nitric oxide （NO） and nitric oxide syn- dthase （NOS） in tremor patients with anemia, and the relationship with cancer-related anemia （CAR） Methods 40 patients with cancer-related anemia were enrolled in this study as observation group from September 2009 to October 2011, and 15 healthy subjects were collected as control group over the same pe- riod. Serum nitric oxide and nitric oxide synthase levels were assayed by the method of enzymsti- gense. Results The mean levels of serum NO and NOS in the observation group were higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Along with the increasing degree of a- nemia, the levels of NO and NOS rised obviously. Conclusions The NO plays an important role in the path- ogenesis of CAR, and reducing the level of NO is useful for preventing the progress of anemia, which will provide a new strategy for CAR therapy.
