放松训练联合心理疏导在缓解肿瘤患者癌性疼痛中的应用

目的探讨放松训练联合心理疏导在缓解肿瘤患者癌性疼痛中的应用效果。方法将60例癌性疼痛的肿瘤患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者在常规护理的基础上采用放松训练联合心理疏导,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组患者护理后的焦虑、抑郁评分均显著低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的无疼痛或轻度疼痛的比例显著高于对照组患者,无疲乏或轻度疲乏的比例显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论放松训练联合心理疏导能够显著减少肿瘤患者的心理应激反应,缓解癌性疼痛,降低癌因性疲乏,帮助患者树立治疗信心。

The application of relaxation training combined with psychological counseling in cancer pain relief

Objective To explore the effect of the application of relaxation training combined with psychological counseling in tumor patients. Methods Sixty tumor patients with cancer pain were randomly divided into the observation group （30 cases ） and the control group （30 cases）. Patients in the control group were received routine nursing care; Patients in the observation group were given relaxation training combined with psychological counseling based on the routine nursing care. The nursing effects were compared between these two groups. Results Anxiety, depression score after nursing in the observation group were signifi- cantly lower than that in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Ratio of no pain or mild pain in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, mild fatigue or no fatigue was significantly higher than that in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Relaxation training combined with psycho- logical counseling can significantly reduce psychological stress response in tumor patients, relieve cancer pain, reduce cancer-related fatigue, and held oatients to establish the confidence of treatment.
