巴曲酶联合阿加曲班治疗急性进展性脑梗死的疗效观察

目的探讨巴曲酶联合阿加曲班治疗急性进展性脑梗死的临床疗效及其安全性。方法选取2010年2月—2013年2月我院收治的急性进展性脑梗死患者80例,将其随机分为治疗组和对照组,各40例。治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用巴曲酶和阿加曲班,对照组在常规治疗基础上加用疏血通,两组均治疗14 d。对两组治疗前后的神经功能缺损程度和临床疗效进行评估。结果治疗后治疗组中国卒中量表(CSS)评分低于对照组(P0.05)。治疗组临床总有效率为90.0%(36/40),高于对照组的72.5%(29/40)(P0.05)。两组患者均未出现严重不良反应。结论巴曲酶联合阿加曲班治疗急性进展性脑梗死疗效肯定、安全,值得基层医院进一步推广,可作为因超出急性脑梗死溶栓治疗时间窗而不能溶栓治疗患者的后备治疗方案,以改善患者生活质量。

Effect of Batroxobin Combined with Argatroban on Acute Progressive Cerebral Infarction

Objective To investigate the effect and safety of batroxobin combined with argatroban on acute progressive cerebral infarction. Methods 80 patients with acute progressive cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from February 2010 to February 2013 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each of 40 cases. On basis of conventional treat- ment, treatment group was given batroxobin combined with argatroban, control group was given shuxuetong injection, both trea- ted for 14 days. Neurological deficit degree and clinical effect between two groups were compared before and ＇after treatment. Re- suits After treatment, the CSS score in treatment group was lower than that of control group （P 〈 0. 05）. The total efficacy of treatment group was 90. 0% （36/40）, higher than that of control group of 72. 5% （29/40） （P 〈0. 05）. There was no serious adverse reactions in two groups. Conclusion Batroxobin combined with srgatroban is effective and safe for acute progressive cer- ebral infarction, being worthy of promotion in primary hospital and can serve as a reserving treatment method for patients over six hours of thrombolysis time.
