不同剂量阿托伐他汀对非ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者血清炎性因子及基质金属蛋白酶9的影响

摘    要:目的观察不同剂量阿托伐他汀对非ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者炎性因子及基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)的影响。方法选择2009年10月—2011年5月入我院治疗的非ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者70例,根据阿托伐他汀应用剂量将其分为低剂量组和高剂量组,各35例。在常规治疗的基础上,低剂量组给予阿托伐他汀20 mg/d,高剂量组给予阿托伐他汀40 mg/d,比较两组患者治疗前及治疗28 d后血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白介素6(IL-6)及MMP-9的变化。结果治疗后高剂量组患者hs-CRP、IL-6、MMP-9水平均低于低剂量组(P0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀40 mg/d治疗非ST段抬高型心肌梗死能够降低炎性因子及MMP-9水平,具有显著抗炎作用。

Influence of Different Doses of Atorvastatin on Inflammatory Factors and Marix Metalioproeinases-9 in Patients with Non-ST-segment Elevation Myocardial Infarction

Abstract:Objective To explore the influence of different doses of atorvastatin on inflammatory factors and matrix metalloproteinase- 9 (MMP-9) in patients with non -ST- segment elevation myocardial infarction. Methods 70 patients with non - ST - segment elevation myocardial infarction admitted to our hospital from October 2009 to May 2011 were divided into groups low close and high dose according to the application of atorvastatin, each of 35 cases. On basis of routine treatment, low dose group was given 20 mg/d of atorvastatin, high dose group was given 40 mg/d of atorvastatin. Serum high sensitivity C -reac- tive protein (hs- CRP), interleukin 6 (IL- 6) and MMP -9 between two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the level of hs- CRP, IL-6, MMP- 9 in high dose group were lower than those of low dose group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion 40 mg/d of atorvastatin can reduce the level of inflammatory factors and MMP - 9 in patients with non - ST - segment elevation myocardial infarction, having a obvious effect on anti - inflammatory.
