曲美他嗪联合参脉注射液治疗慢性心力衰竭的疗效研究

目的探讨曲美他嗪联合参脉注射液治疗慢性心力衰竭(CHF)的临床疗效。方法选取2012年9月—2013年9月我院收治的CHF患者110例,将患者随机分为治疗组62例和对照组58例。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用曲美他嗪和参脉注射液治疗。观察并记录治疗前后两组患者血压、心率及平均室性期前收缩数。并比较两组患者治疗效果。结果对照组总有效率为86.2%(50/58),低于治疗组的93.5%(58/62)(P0.05)。治疗前两组收缩压、舒张压、心率、平均室性期前收缩数比较,差异均无统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后治疗组收缩压、舒张压、心率、平均室性期前收缩数均低于对照组(P0.05)。结论在常规抗心力衰竭的基础上加用曲美他嗪联合参脉注射液治疗CHF效果明显,值得临床推广应用。

Effect of Trimetazidine Combined with Shen Mai Injection on Chronic Heart Failure

Objective To investigate the effect of Trimetazidine combined with Shen mai injection on chronic heart failure（ CHF）. Methods 110 patients with CHF were randomly divided into therapy group and control group. Control group was given routine treatment,therapy group was given Trimetazidine combined with Shen mai injection on basis of routine treatment. The efficacy,blood pressure,heart rate and average number of premature ventricular contractions between two groups were observed. Results The total efficacy of control group was 86. 2%（ 50 /58）,was lower than that of control group of 93. 5%（ 58 /62）（ P〈0. 05）. Before treatment,the SBP,DBP,heart rate and average number of premature ventricular contractions between two groups showed no statistically significance different（ P〉 0. 05）; after treatment,the SBP,DBP,heart rate and average number of premature ventricular contractions in therapy group were lower than those of control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Trimetazidine combined with Shen mai injection on basis of routine treatment in treating chronic heart failure have a obvious effect,being worthy of promotion.
