行为护理对宫颈癌患者生活质量的影响及临床价值分析

目的探讨行为护理对宫颈癌患者生活质量的影响。方法将收治的79例宫颈癌患者随机分为干预组(41例)和对照组(38例),对照组患者进行常规护理方案,干预组患者在对照组基础上实施行为护理干预。采用抑郁评价量表(SDS)、焦虑评价量表(SAS)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)和生活质量测定量表(EORTC QLQ-C30)对患者的生活质量进行综合评价。结果护理后干预组患者SAS、SDS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);干预组患者SSRS评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后干预组患者生活质量各维度得分以及总健康得分均显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论行为护理通过改善宫颈癌患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高社会支持的利用度,最终促进患者总体生活质量的提高,具有临床应用价值,值得临床推广。

Analysis of the influence and clinical value of behavioral nursing on quality of life in patients with cervical carcinoma

Objective To explore the effect of behavior nursing on quality of life in patients with cervical cancer. Methods 79 cases of cervical cancer patients treated in our hospital were randomly divid- ed into intervention group and control group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the interven- tion group intervention nursing on the base of the control group. SDS,SAS, SSRS and EORTC QLQ-C30 were used to conduct a comprehensive assessment on the quality of life of the patients. Results SAS and SDS scores of the intervention group was significantly lower than that of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. SSRS score of the former significantly higher than the later, the two groups showed significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; Quality of life scores in all dimensions and total health score are significantly better than the control group after intervention, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclu- sions Behavioral nursing can improve anxiety, depression, increase the use of social support, and ultimately promote the overall quality of life in patients with cervical cancer, has significant clinical value, and is worthy of promotion.
