两种阿司匹林使用方法在缺血性脑卒中治疗中的应用效果比较

目的比较两种阿司匹林使用方法在急性缺血性脑卒中治疗中的应用效果。方法选择2010年9月—2013年8月我院收治的急性缺血性脑卒中患者160例,将其随机分成观察组和对照组,各80例。对照组按《中国急性缺血性脑卒中诊治指南2010》中的推荐用法,入院后立即口服阿司匹林300 mg/d,两周后改为100 mg/d;观察组借鉴2010年《急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死诊断和治疗指南》中的推荐用法,首剂嚼服阿司匹林300 mg,第2天起改为100mg/d。结果对照组总有效率为91.3%(73/80),观察组为88.8%(71/80),两组总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。两组患者治疗前后神经功能缺损评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P0.05)。两组患者均未出现严重不良反应。结论两种阿司匹林使用方法在急性缺血性脑卒中的治疗中取得的效果相似,因《急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死诊断和治疗指南》中的关于阿司匹林的推荐用法较为简洁,值得在急性缺血性脑卒中的治疗中借鉴应用。

Comparison of Effect of Aspirin Using Two Methods on Acute Ischemic Stroke

Objective To explore the effect of Aspirin using two methods on acute ischemic stroke. Methods 160 patients with acute ischemic stroke admitted to our hospital from September 2010 to August 2013 were randomly divided into groups observation and control, each of 80 cases. Control group was given Aspirin 300 mg/d after admission, 2 weeks after treatment, the dose adjusted to 100 mg/d according to ＂ 2010 China＇s guidelines of diagnosis and treatment of acute ischemic stroke＂ ; observation group was chewed Aspirin 300 mg firstly, the first two days, the dose adjusted to 100 mg/d according to ＂ 2010 Guidelines of diagnosis and treatment of acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction＂. Results The total efficiency of control group was 91.3% （73/80）, the observation groups was 88.8% （71/80）, there was no statistically difference between two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The NIHSS between two groups showed no statistically difference before and after treatment （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Both groups showed no serious adverse reaction. Conclusion In the treatment of acute ischemic stroke, the two methods have same effect. ＂ 2010 Guidelines of diagnosis and treatment of acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction＂ recommended usage is more concise, being worthy of promotion.
