社区康复对脑出血偏瘫患者功能恢复的影响

目的探讨社区康复对脑出血偏瘫患者功能恢复的影响。方法选取2012年在我院住院并已出院的脑出血偏瘫患者120例,采用随机数字表法将其分为康复组和对照组,各60例。对照组采取健康教育,康复组在此基础上由经过统一培训的治疗师实施社区康复治疗,比较两组服药依从性,并在干预前后采用功能综合评定量表(FCA)、改良Barthel指数评定量表(MBI)及生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOL-74)进行评价。结果康复组服药依从率高于对照组(P0.05)。干预前两组FCA、MBI、GQOL-74评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P0.05);干预后康复组FCA、MBI、GQOL-74评分均高于对照组(P0.05)。结论社区康复有助于提高脑出血偏瘫患者服药依从性,促进功能恢复,并改善生活质量。

Effect of Community Rehabilitation on Functional Recovery in Cerebral Hemorrhage Patients with Hemiplegia

Objective To explore the effect of community rehabilitation on functional recovery in cerebral hemorrhage patients with hemiplegia. Methods 120 cerebral hemorrhage patients who had hospitalized in 2012 were divided into recovery group and control group, each of 60 cases. Control group conducted healthy education,, recovery group performed, based on conventional measures, community rehabilitation. Overdose dependence was compared between both groups, FCA., MBI and GQOL -74 were performed before and after intervention. Results Overdose dependence rate was higher in recovery group than control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Before intervention, there were no significant difference in the scores of FCA, MBI and GQOL - 74 between recovery group and control group （P 〉0. 05）. However, after intervention, the scores of FCA, MBI and GQOL -74 in recovery group were higher than control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Community rehabilitation can contribute to enhan- cing overdose dependence, promoting functional recovery and improving life quality in cerebral hemorrhage patients with hemiplegia.
