胰腺癌患者术后化疗复发因素分析

目的探讨胰腺癌术后化疗患者的复发因素,为个体化治疗提供依据。方法分析65例胰腺癌术后化疗患者的中位复发时间、中位生存时间,以及复发与临床病理特征的关系。结果 65例患者中,23例早期复发,早期复发与肿瘤标志物CA19-9水平明显相关,而总体复发与淋巴结转移情况、病理分级关系密切,但与是否为R0切除无关。结论胰腺癌术后化疗患者的复发与淋巴结转移和病理分级密切相关,可作为患者个体化治疗的依据。

Study of recurrence of pancreatic cancer after resection with adjuvant chemotherapy

Objective To explore the risk factors of recurrence of pancreatic adenocarcinoma with adjuvant chemotherapy and guide the individual theatment for these patients. Methods To analyzed the medi- an time to relapse ,median survival time of 65 patients;discuss the relationship of CA19-9 level and early recurrence of pancreatic cancer after resection with adjuvant chemotherapy;discuss the relationship of pathologatic grade ,lymph node metastases ,R0 vs R1 resections and whole recurrence of pancreatic cancer after re- section with adjuvant chemotherapy. Results 23 of 65 patients recurrent early, RO vs R1 resections were not associated with whole tumor recurrence. But tumor grading and lymph node metastases strongly correlated with whole tumor recurrence of pancreatic adenocarcinoma with adjuvant chemotherapy. And CA19-9 level strongly correlated with early tumor recurrence. Conclusion These risk factors can be used to guide individual treatment for patients with pancreatic cancer after resection with adjuvant chemotherapy.
