脑血管造影术并发症发生原因分析及防治措施

目的分析脑血管造影术并发症的发生原因及防治措施。方法选择2008年12月—2011年12月在我院实施脑血管造影术的患者150例,其中9例发生脑血管造影术并发症,分析其发生原因并提出防治措施。结果脑血管造影术并发症发生率为6.0%(9/150),其中局部并发症3例、神经系统并发症2例、其他并发症4例。结论神经系统并发症是脑血管造影术常见的严重并发症,提高穿刺技术和熟练掌握造影术操作有利于减少并发症的发生,提高造影术成功率。

Cause of Complications of Cerebral Angiography and Its Prevention Measures

Objective To analyze the cause of complications of cerebral angiography and its prevention measures. Methods From December 2008 to December 2011,150 patients implemented cerebral angiography in our hospital were chosen, and 9 patients had complications of cerebral angiography,its causes were analyzed and prevention measures proposed. Results＆amp;nbsp;The incidence of complications of cerebral angiography was 6. 0%（9/150）. there into local complications of 3 cases,neurologi-cal complications of 2 cases,other complications of 4 cases. Conclusion Neurological complications is a common serious com-plication of cerebral angiography,improve puncture technique and master angiography operation can reduce the incidence of com-plications,and improve the success rate of cerebral angiography.
