肝动脉栓塞化疗联合射频消融治疗原发性肝癌的临床观察

目的探讨肝动脉栓塞化疗联合射频消融治疗原发性肝癌的临床疗效。方法选取原发性肝癌患者120例作为研究对象,随机分为给予肝动脉栓塞化疗联合射频消融治疗的观察组、肝动脉栓塞化疗的对照1组和射频消融治疗的对照2组,每组各40例。观察治疗后的免疫功能和远期预后。结果观察组患者的CD+3、CD+4/CD+8、NK细胞、TNF-α的含量以及生存例数、生活质量评分均明显高于对照组1组和对照组2组;肝内转移例数、肝外转移例数均明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论非手术切除肝癌患者,肝动脉栓塞化疗联合射频消融治疗,比单一肝动脉栓塞化疗和射频消融治疗效果好。

Clinical effect of primary liver cancer treatment by transcatheter arterial chemoembolization com- bined radio frequency ablation

Objective To study the clinical effect of primary liver cancer treatment by transcatheter arterial chemoembolization combined radio frequency ablation. Methods 120 patients with primary liver cancer were distributed randomly into the observation group receiving transcatheter arterial chemoembolization combined radio frequency ablation treatment, control group 1 receiving transcatheter arterial chemoembo- lization treatment, and control group 2 receiving radio frequency ablation treatment （40 cases respectively） . The immunological function and long term prognosis after treatment were observed. Results CD3 , CD4 / CD8＋ , NK cell, TNF-α, the number of survival cases, and quality of life scores in observation group were apparently higher than those of the control group 1 and control group 2 ,while the intrahepatic metastasis cases and extrahepatic metastasis cases in the observation group were much less than the those of the control groups（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Transcatheter arterial chemoembolization combined radio frequency ablation treatment can improve the immunologic function and long term prognosis condition, which is very valua- ble clinically.
