动态心电图与常规心电图在临床心脏病诊断中的应用价值对比

目的比较临床心脏病诊断过程中采用动态心电图与常规心电图的应用价值。方法选取我院2010年12月—2012年12月收治的并实施心电图检查的患者322例,对患者的心电图资料进行回顾性分析。结果采用动态心电图监测室上性期前收缩、室性期前收缩、阵发性室上性心动过速、阵发性心房纤颤、窦性心动过速、窦性心动过缓、阵发性房速、室性心动过速、窦性静止与窦房传导阻滞检出率高于采用常规心电图检查(P0.05);其中≥70岁年龄段患者窦性静止与窦房传导阻滞和房室传导阻滞检出率高于其他年龄段患者(P0.05)。结论在临床心脏病诊断过程中采用动态心电图监测较常规心电图检查,临床诊断效果更为显著,因此采用动态心电图监测是临床诊断心脏病的理想选择,同时更应该针对老年患者实施动态心电图监测。

Value of Dynamic and Routine Electrocardiogram in Diagnosis of Heart Diseases

Objective To compare the application value of dynamic and routine electrocardiogram in diagnosis of heart diseases. Methods The clinical ECG date of 322 patients with implementation of ECG admitted to our hospital from December 2010 to December 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. Results The detection rate of supraventricular contractions before, ven- tricular contraction, paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia, sinus tachycardia, sinus bradycardia, paroxysmal atrial tachycar- dia, ventricular tachycardia, still sinus and sinoatrial block by dynamic ECG were higher than those of routine ECG （P 〈 0. 05） ; the detection rate of still with sinus sinoatrial block and atrioventricular block in patients over 70 years old were higher than those of other age （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The diagnosis effect of dynamic electrocardiogram in heart diseases is higher than that of routine electrocardiogram, so the dynamic electrocardiogram is a ideal choice for diagnosis of heart diseases.
