瑞舒伐他汀治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效及其对血脂和炎性反应及心脏功能的影响

目的探讨瑞舒伐他汀治疗不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)的临床疗效及其对患者血脂、炎性反应及心脏功能的影响。方法选择2011年1月—2013年11月我院收治的UAP患者96例,将其随机分为对照组36例和观察组60例。对照组患者给予常规治疗,观察组患者在常规治疗基础上增加瑞舒伐他汀,疗程均为12周。检测治疗前后两组患者血脂、血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、同型半胱氨酸(HCY)及N末端B型钠尿肽原(NT-proBNP)水平,并观察两组临床疗效及治疗期间观察组用药安全性。结果治疗前两组患者TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C、血清hs-CRP、HCY及NT-proBNP水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后观察组患者TC、TG、LDL-C、血清hs-CRP、HCY及NT-proBNP水平均低于对照组,HDL-C水平高于对照组(P0.05)。观察组总有效率为85.0%(51/60),高于对照组的52.8%(17/36)(P0.05)。结论瑞舒伐他汀可改善UAP患者炎性反应、血脂、HCY水平及心脏功能,提高临床疗效且安全性较高。

Effect of Rosuvastatin on Patients with Unstable Angina and the Influence on Lipid and Inflammatory Reaction and Cardiac Function

Objective To explore the effect of Rosuvastatin on patients with unstable angina（ UAP） and the influence on lipid and inflammatory reaction and cardiac function. Methods 96 patients with UAP admitted to our hospital from January 2011 to November 2013 were randomly divided into control group（ 36 cases） and observation group（ 60 cases）. Control group was given conventional treatment,observation group was given Rosuvastatin on basis of conventional treatment,both treated for 12 weeks. The lipids,hs- CRP,HCY and NT- proBNP between two groups were compared,and the clinical efficacy between two groups was obversed. Results Before treatment, the TC, TG, LDL- C, HDL- C, hs- CRP, HCY and NT- proBNP between two groups showed no significant differences（ P〉0. 05）; after treatment,the TC,TG,LDL- C, hs- CRP,HCY and NT- proBNP in observation group were lower than those of control group,HDL- C was higher（ P〈0. 05）. The total efficacy of observation group was 85. 0%（ 51 /60）,was higher than that of control group of 52. 8%（ 17 /36）（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Rosuvastatin can improve the inflammatory response,blood lipid,HCY,heart function and clinical efficacy in patients with UAP.
