子宫肌瘤剔除术后复发相关危险因素分析

目的探讨子宫肌瘤剔除术后复发的相关因素。方法回顾性分析513例子宫肌瘤剔除术患者的临床资料,对相关因素进行单因素和多因素Logistic回归分析探讨剔除术后的危险因素。结果单因素分析显示,年龄、月经初潮年龄、术前分娩次数、身体质量指数(BMI)、肌瘤个数、肌瘤直径、肌瘤位置及术后妊娠史等差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Logistic回归分析显示,年龄、初潮年龄、BMI、肌瘤个数、肌瘤直径均为子宫肌瘤剔除术后复发的独立危险因素(P<0.05),术后妊娠是其保护性因素(P<0.05)。结论子宫肌瘤剔除术后复发的危险因素较多,对于具备上述危险因素的患者,术后应密切随访,如有异常尽早处理。

The analysis of risk factors of recurrence of uterine myoma after myomectomy

Objective To explore the risk factors of recurrence of uterine myoma after myomectomy. Methods Data of 513 patients with uterine myoma undergone myomectomy were retrospectively analyzed to discuss the risk factors of recurrence of uterine myoma after myomectomy. Results The recurrence rate of uterine myoma after myomectomy was 24. 6% （ 126/513 ）. In the univariate analysis ,there were sig- nificantly difference in age, menarebe age, preoperative births, BMI, number of fibrolds, fibroids diameter, fi- broids position, and postoperative pregnancy history between the two groups （P 〈 0. 05） ;in Logistic regres- sion analysis, age, menarche age, BMI, number of fibroids ,fibroids diameter were the independent risk factors of recurrence of uterine myoma after myomectomy （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, and postoperative pregnancy was the protective factors （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions There are many risk factors of recurrence of uterine myoma after myomectomy ,patients with these risk factors should be followed up closely. If there are someitng abnormal, treat as soon as possible.
