传统甲状腺切除术与小切口甲状腺切除术治疗甲状腺癌的临床对比研究

目的比较传统甲状腺切除术与小切口甲状腺切除术治疗甲状腺癌的临床效果。方法选取2007年1月至2012年3月期间收治的80例甲状腺癌患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组患者行传统甲状腺切除术,观察组患者行小切口甲状腺切除术。比较两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间以及并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者的手术时间、切口长度、术中出血量、住院时间及并发症发生率均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小切口甲状腺切除术治疗甲状腺癌具有手术时间短、术中出血量少、切口小、住院时间短以及术后并发症少等优点,尤其是切口小,外形美观,患者满意度高,值得临床推广应用。

The clinical efficacy of small-incision thyroidectomy and conventional thyroidectomy on the treat- ment of thyroid Cancer

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of small-incision thyroidectomy and conven- tional thyroidectomy on the treatment of thyroid Cancer. Methods 80 cases of thyroid cancer hospitalized from January 2007 to 2012 March were randomly divided into the control group and observation group （40 cases respectively ）. the control group received conventional thyroidectomy treatment, and the observation group small incision thyroideetomy. The surgery operative time, blood loss, hospital stay and complication of two groups were compared after surgery. Results The operative time, incision length, blood loss, hospital stay and incidence of complications of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions small incision thyroidectomy in the treatment of thyroid cancer have shorter operative time, less blood loss, smaller incisions, shorter hospi- tal stay and fewer complications, especially at small incision, beautiful appearance and high patient satisfac- tion. It is worthy of clinical application.
