Management practice and thonght of urban medical rescue system for public health event

Medical rescue system is an important part of health system. A good medical rescue system has a key function to improve the rate of receiving patients, to lower the fatality and to relief the crisis of public health. This paper reviewed on the organization and management of medical rescue care during the time of SARS prevention in Shanghai and introduced the basic ideas of constituting the medical system to deal with public health events.
