| 摘 要： | 目的探讨多层螺旋CT诊断心肌桥的临床价值。方法使用16层螺旋CT对372例可疑冠心病患者行冠状动脉CT成像。结果372例行冠脉成像的患者中CT共发现59例心肌桥,CT发现心肌桥的59例中,对32例行常规冠状动脉造影检查,其中仅显示18例。结论多层螺旋CT可准确显示心肌桥,为临床提供判断心肌缺血的可能原因。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the application value of multi-slice spiral CT in myocardial bridge. Methods 372 patients with suspected coronary artery disease were studied by 16-slice spiral CT. Results 59 cases of myocardial bridges were detected by MSCT. 32 cases of 59 patients with myocardial bridge underwent conventional coronary angiography. Only 18 cases of which underwent conventional coronary angiography could be detected. Conclusion MSCT enables accurate diagnosis of myocardial bridge, and gives a reasonable explanation to the myocardial ischemia. |
