护理伦理学教学体会及对策

摘    要:护理道德是护理伦理学的基础,是护理实践中的各种道德关系及处理这些关系的规则。培养护生良好的护理道德情感能够提高他们的护理道德认知水平,使之能够主动参与到护理学及护理伦理学的学习中,并在工作中选择符合护理伦理的言行。基于对护理道德情感应在伦理教学中贯穿的认知及在教学中如何有效培养护生的护理道德情感等问题,本文从护理道德情感的内涵及外延、培养模式、人文、环境要求及舆论导向等几个方面阐述了作者在护理伦理学教学中的体会及相关对策,提出护理伦理的道德情感培养是一项长期的任务,尚需多方合作,持之以恒,方有成效。

Abstract:Nursing morality,the foundation of nursing ethics,is not only the moral relationships in nursing practice,but also the rule for dealing with these moral relationships.Cultivating sound morality of nursing students can improve their cognitive level of nursing ethics,encourage them to take participate in nursing and ethics learning vigorously,and behave themselves according to the nursing ethics.Based on the cognition that nursing ethics should accompany the education of moral emotions and finding an effective way to cultivate nursing students’ moral emotion,this paper discusses our experience of nursing ethics teaching and countermeasures regarding the connotation and denotation of nursing moral emotions,mode of training,requirements in humanities and environment,and guidance of public opinion.It also points out that cultivation of moral emotions in nursing ethics is a long-term task and still needs cooperation and perseverance.
