| 摘 要： | 临床见习是将课堂理论与临床实践相结合的桥梁。第三军医大学附属西南医院乳腺疾病中心将临床见习放在教学工作的首要位置,在临床带教中提倡教员和学员的课前准备、学习兴趣和人文素养的培养,运用多种形式的教学培养学生的临床思维能力,对乳腺外科临床见习带教做了积极的探索。
