小切口非超声乳化自内障摘除术后囊膜破裂的原因探讨与处理

目的分析白内障患者行小切口非超声乳化摘除术巾出现后囊膜破裂的原凶及其治疗处理办法。方法随机抽选200例210眼接受小切口非超声乳化手术的白内障患者临床资料，其中有14眼术中出现后囊膜破裂，分析其原凶及处理方法。结果发生后囊膜破裂的14眼分别为水分离时2眼、娩核时3眼、吸皮质时出现破裂7眼、在撕除前囊膜瓣时1眼、在人工晶体植入时1眼；一期成功植入人工晶体14例；出院时视力〉0．4者11例（78．6％），未出现严重并发症。结论在进行白内障小切口非超声乳化摘除术中常不可避免地出现后囊膜破裂，但在术前充分准备、术中谨慎操作，完全能够取得满意的手术临床效果，避免出现严重并发症，恢复患者视功能。

Phacoemulsification cataract extraction and posterior capsular rupture reason of discussion and treatment of non-small incision

Objective To explore the small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract causes and treatment of posterior capsule rupture. Methods A review of 200 eyes in 210 patients underwent small incision non phacoemulsification op- eration patients, including 14 eyes appeared to the posterior capsule rupture,analyzed the causes and the treatment. Results 14 posterior capsule rupture in 2 eyes,water separation, the nuclear delivery in 3 eyes,7 eyes, sucking cortex removed anterior capsular flap in 1 eyes,IOL implantation in 1 eyes of 14 cases ;a successful implantation of artificial lens;11 cases were visual acuity was 〉0.4 （78.6%）,no serious complications. Conclusion In the small incision non- phacoemulsificatiou cataract extraction is often complicated with posterior capsule rupture, but fully prepared, in pre- operative careful operation, operation can obtain satisfactory clinical effect.
