田螺肉加盐治疗产后尿潴留疗效分析

目的探讨田螺肉加盐敷气海穴治疗产后尿潴留疗效,评价其有效性及安全性。方法选择2011年8月～2012年7月我科发生产后尿潴留的产妇72例,将患者分为治疗组37例（用田螺肉加盐敷气海穴组）和对照组35例（肌注新斯的明组）,予相应治疗2h后评估疗效,记录治疗到自解小便的起效时间、有效率及不良反应,对数据进行统计学分析。结果治疗组起效时间略长于对照组,但差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）,治疗组治疗有效率及不良反应显著好于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论田螺肉加盐外敷气海穴治疗产后尿潴留疗效显著、方法简单、安全性高。

Therapeutic effect analysis of external application of whelks tops with salt at qihai acupoint in postpartum urinary retention

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of postpartum urinary retention treated by external application of whelks tops with salt at qihai acupoint and evaluate the effectiveness and safety of the treatment. Methods Seventy- two patients with postpartum urinary retention in maternal and child health hospital of Jiujiang during August 2011 to July 2012 were divided into 2 groups, 37 patients were treated with external application of whelks tops with salt at qi- hai acupoint, 35 patients were treated by intramuscular injection of neostigmine. After 2 hours treatment, the therapeu- tic effect by the onset time of urination, effective rates and adverse reactions was evaluated. Results The onset time of the treatment group was slightly longer than that of control group, with no statistically significant （P 〉 0.05）, and the effective rates and adverse reactions of treatment group were significant difference compared to that of control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion External application of whelks tops with salt at qihai acupoint is reliable, simple and highly effec- tive for postpartum urinary retention.
