自拟清肝通络方联合左旋氨氯地平治疗老年非杓型高血压的疗效分析

目的观察老年非杓型高血压患者服用自拟清肝通络方联合左旋氨氯地平对血压昼夜节律、晨峰现象的影响。方法将宁波市鄞州第二医院收集的104例老年非杓型高血压病患者分为服用左旋氨氯地平组（对照组）和服用自拟清肝通络方联合左旋氨氯地平组（治疗组），治疗8周后随访，治疗前、后分别进行动态血压监测，并监测血压晨峰值。结果两组治疗前后比较及治疗后组间比较日间和夜间收缩压、舒张压均有统计学意义（P均〈0．05）；两组治疗后夜间血压较治疗前下降，治疗组下降更为明显（P均〈0．05）。结论老年非杓型高血压患者服用自拟清肝通络方联合左旋氨氯地平，不仅能有效纠正异常血压昼夜节律，还能显著降低晨峰血压和白昼血压。

Effect of Qigantongluo tang decoction and levo-amlodipine on non-dip- per hypertension patients in elderly

Objective To investigate effect of QigantongluoTang decoction and Levo-amlodipine on non-dipper hyper- tension patients in elderly, including circadian rhythm of blood pressure and morning blood pressure peak. Methods A total of 104 cases of non-dipper hypertension patients in elderly of were randomly divided into Levo-amlodipine group （control group） and QigantongluoTang decoction and Levo-amlodipine group （treatment group）, after 8 weeks follow-up treatment, before and after treatment respectively for dynamic blood pressure monitoring and morning blood pressure peak. Results There were significantly different in daytime and nighttime Systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the two groups before and after treatment （P 〈 0.05）; Nocturnal blood pressure was significantly reduced between the two groups after treatment than before, the treatment group decreased more obviously （P 〈 0.05）. Con- clusion The QigantongluoTang decoction and Levo-amlodipine can correct abnormal blood pressure circadian rhythm, reduce the peak of blood pressure morning and daytime on non-dipper hypertension patients in elderly.
