动态心电图与常规心电图在冠心病诊断中的应斥价值探讨

目的探讨动态心电图（DCG）对冠心病心肌缺血以及心律失常的诊断价值。方法对我院2011年7月-2012年9月收治的89例冠心病患者进行DCG检测，同期予以常规心电图检测，比较检查结果。结果89例冠心病患者予以DCG检测，检出心肌缺血呈阳性者72例（80．9％），常规心电图阳性者45例（50．6％），差异具有显著性（P〈0．05）：除房性或者室性早搏早发以及房室传导阻滞三者外，其他类心律失常事件、DCG检出率显著高于常规心电图（P〈0．05）。结论对心血管病患者实施DCG检测，对隐匿型、心律失常型或心绞痛型冠心病有较高的诊断价值．有利于早期及时诊治，并可对疗效进行评价。

The application value of dynamic electrocardiogram and routine electro- cardiogram in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease

Objective To evaluate the value of dynamic electrocardiogram in diagnosis of myocardial ischemia and cardiac arrhythmia in coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 89 patients with coronary heart diseased in the hos- pital from 2011 July to 2012 September were detected by DCG, over the same period to conventional ECG for compar- ison, compared with the examination results. Results The 89 patients underwent DCG detected 72 cases of myocardial isehemia were positive （80.9%）, ECG positive in 45 cases （ 50.6% ）, the difference was significant（P 〈 0.05）; in addi- tion to premature, premature ventrieular premature atrial and atrioventricular block three, other types of arrhythmic events, DCG detection rates were significantly higher than that of ECG （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Diagnostic value of DCG in occult, arrhythmia and coronary heart disease with angina peetoris were higher, is conducive to the early diag- nosis and treatment, and evaluate the therapeutic effect.
