| 摘 要： | 目的建立测定黄芪破壁饮片中黄芪甲苷含量的高效液相-蒸发光散射检测的方法。方法采用C18柱（5μm，200mm×4．6mm），乙腈-水（32：68）为流动相，流速1．0mL／min，蒸发光散射检测器漂移管温度80％，载气流速2．7mL／min。结果该方法回收率99．5％（RSD=2．0％），精密度RSD=I．4％，重复性RSD=2．5％，黄芪甲苷在（1．2913-10．330）μg范围内线性关系良好（r=0．9998）。结论该方法简便快速，可作为黄芪破壁饮片中黄芪甲苷的含量测定方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a method to determinate astragaloside content in astragalus broken-cell pieces by HPLC-ELSD. Methods The samples were separated on a C 18 （250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm）column with the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water （32：68） at the flow rate of 1.0mL/min.The drift tube tempreture of the ELSD was 80℃ and the flow rate of carrier gas was 2.7 mL/min .Results The average recovery rate was 99.5% （RSD=2.0%）.A good linearity range was shown at the concentration of （1.291-10.330）μg （r = 0.9998）. Conclusion The method is simple practical and can be used for determination of astragaloside content in astragalus broken-cell pieces. |
