VSD在妇产科手术切口裂开的治疗研究

目的探讨运用VSD在妇产科手术切VI裂开的临床研究。方法收集2003～2013年100例妇产科手术切151裂开患者，按照人院先后排序分为研究组和对照组。研究组予VSD引流，对照组予常规护理皮片引流，比较两组引流量、换药次数、创面愈合时间、住院时间、创口愈合率、术后并发症、生活质量和患者满意度等。结果研究组术后引流量、换药次数、创面愈合时间、住院时间、创口愈合率、术后并发症、生活质量和患者满意度均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论运用VSD在妇产科手术切口裂开有较好的效果，促进切口较好的愈合，提高护理质量和患者满意度。

The VSD in the treatment of gynecology and obstetrics surgery incision dehiscence

Objective To explore the use of VSD in gynecology and obstetrics surgery incision dehiscence of clinical research. Methods Collected from 2003 to 2013, 100 cases of patients with gynecological surgery incision dehiscence, ordered according to admission order were randomly divided into research group and the control group. Team to VSD drainage, control group with routine nursing flap drainage, compared two groups of traffic, treatment times, wound heal- ing time and hospital stay, wound healing rate, postoperative complications, such as quality of life and patient satis- faction. Results The team had the flow, the switching frequency, wound healing time, length of hospital stay, wound healing rate, postoperative complications, quality of life and patient satisfaction were better than control group, the dif- ference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Using the VSD has good effect in gynecology and obstetrics surgery incision dehiscence, promote better healing of incision, increase of nursing quality and patients satisfaction.
