| 摘 要： | 目的探讨川芎嗪和多巴胺联用治疗难治性心衰的临床疗效。方法将113例难治性心衰患者随机分为对照组56例和治疗组57例，对照组给予多巴胺治疗；治疗组加用IrI芎嗪注射液，用药结束后评价疗效，观察患者心脏彩超检查的变化。结果治疗组总有效率89．5％，明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）；两组患者治疗后LVD下降，LVEF升高；其中治疗组有极显著差异（P〈0．01）。结论川芎嗪注射液联合多巴胺治疗顽固性、难治性心衰疗效显著，可明显改善患者LVEF，值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate combined therapeutic efficiency of ligustrazine and dopamine on refractory heart failure. Methods A total of 113 patients were randomly divided into treatment group with 57 cases and control group with 56 cases. The control group was given dopamine, and the Treatment group was given ligustrazine Injection. To e- valuate curative effect, and record change of patient＇s echocardiography. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 89.5%, higher than that in control group significantly （P 〈 0.05）, two groups with LVD decreased and LVEF increased after treatment; and the treatment group had significant difference （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Combined therapeutic efficiency of ligustrazine and dopamine have good curative effect on refractory heart failure, can improve LVEF of patients significantly, and worthy of being widely applied in clinic. |
