外伤性十二指肠破裂患者生活质量调查研究

目的调查研究外伤性十二指肠破裂患者的生活质量。方法随机选取我院2007年2月～2011年2月来我院治疗的由于外伤引起的十二指肠破裂的患者34例作为研究对象，另外选取45例正常人为对照组。根据生存质量量表对其进行调查，比较两者的差异。同时调查34例患者的生活细节方面的问题。结果患者心理和生理领域均比正常人低，观察组的生理状况得分是（80．96±13．01）分，便血情况得分是（2．71±1．09）分，心理状态得分是（78．00±10．06）分。对照组的生理状况得分是（100．00±13．64）分，便血情况得分是（3．29±1．05）分，心理状态得分是（82．01±8．13）分。4项心理因素指标有1项及1项以上≤2分者共25例，4项心理因素指标均值〉2分者共35例。两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论外伤性十二指肠破裂患者的生活质量较低，我们要加强对患者采取针对性治疗。

Investigation on the quality of life in patients with traumatic rupture of duodenum

Objective To investigate the quality of life on patients with traumatic rupture of duodenum. Methods The clinical data of thirty-four patients with traumatic rupture of duodenum who were treated in our hospital from February 2007 to February 2011 were collected as observation object, forty-five able-bodied person were selected as control group. Then they were investigated by the world health organization establishment of quality of life scale.and they were compared the differences. Results Patients compared with normal person is low in mentality and physiology aspect. Physiological status score of patients with traumatic rupture of duodenum was （80.96＋ 13.01 ）,health score of subjective feeling of patients with traumatic rupture of duodenum was （2.71±1.09）,psychological state score of patients with trau- matic rupture of duodenum was （78.00±10.06）,physiological status score of able-bodied person was （100.00±13.64）, health score of subjective feeling of able-bodied person was （3.29±1.05）,psychological state score of able-bodied per son was （82.01±8.13）. Four psychological factors indieators 1 and 1 ≤ 2 points, more than a total of 25 cases the in- dicators mean of four psychological factors〉 2 points of 35 cases. The obvious difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）, statistically significant,there were no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion The quality of life on patients with traumatic rupture of duodenum is low, we must strengthen the targeted intervention.
