16层螺旋CT灌注诊断下肢动脉缺血的应用研究

摘    要:目的探讨16层螺旋CT灌注诊断下肢动脉缺血的效果。方法对所有患者行下肢血管CT灌注后采用16层螺旋CT诊断,将图像用最大斜率法获得灌注达峰时间(TTP)、血容量(bloodvolume,BV)、血流量(b100dflow,BF)和平均通过时间(meantransittime,MTT)等参数。结果血容量(BV)在下肢动脉闭塞症(PAOD)组各级中与对照组中存在明显差异(P=0.01);血流量(BF)在PAOD组Ⅲ级中与对照组中存在明显差异(P=0.04):达峰时间(TTP)和平均通过时间(MTF)在PAOD组各级中与对照组比较无明显差异(P=0.37,P=0.61)。结论16层螺旋CT灌注是一种便捷、安全的用于缺血情况的判定技术,会有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:Objective To study the ischemia of lower extremity arterial applied by 16-slice spiral CT perfusion. Methods All patients were to diagnose the isehemia of lower extremity arterial applied by 16-slice spiral CT perfu- sion, and then got perfusion time to peak (TTP), blood volume (blood volume, BV), blood flow (blood Flow, BF) and mean transit time (MTF) dealed with the image by maximum slope method. Results The blood volume (BV) was dif- ferent between the PAOD group and the control group (P = 0.01); perfusion parameters of blood flow (BF) was different between the PAOD group class III and the control group (P = 0.04); peaktime (TTP) and mean transit time (MTT) were different between the PAOD group and the control group (P = 0.37, P = 0.61). Conclusion 16-slice spiral CT perfu- sion is a convenient and safe decision for ischemia, which will have a broad application prospects in the future.
