含氧氟沙星和丁胺卡那霉素方案治疗复治肺结核疗效观察

目的 :评价氧氟沙星 (Oflx)和丁胺卡那霉素 (Am K)对复治肺结核疗效。方法 :以 Oflx和 Am K为基础 ,联合其他 2种～ 3种抗结核药物治疗 78例复治涂阳肺结核病人。结果 :3个月痰菌阴转率 86 .5 % ,6个月痰菌阴转率 97.3% ,病灶吸收好转率94.7% ,空洞闭合率 6 6 .7%。结论 :含氧氟沙星和丁胺卡那霉素方案治疗复治肺结核疗效显著 ,是目前治疗复治肺结核较佳方案

Curative effect observations of ofloxacin and amikacin in patients with recurrent pulmonary tuberculosis

Objective To elaluate the curative effect of Ofloxacin and Amikacin in patients with recurrent pulmonary tuberculosis.Method On 78 cases of recurrent pulmonary tuberculosis whose smear examination was positive,a combined medicine treatment was applied with Ofloxacin and Amikacin basically and other 2-3 antituberculotic.Results The sputum negative conversion rate was 86 5% after 3 months and 97 3% after 6 months.The improvement rate of focal absorption was 94 7% and the cavernous occusion rate was 66 7%.Conclusion The curative effect is obvious for the therapeutic plan of Ofloxacin and Amikacin treating recurrent pulmonary tuberculosis.It is a better therapeutic plan for recurrent pulmonary tuberculosis at presant.
