| 摘 要： | 目的：观察羧甲基壳聚糖治疗下颌阻生智齿急性冠周炎的临床效果。方法：选择门诊152例下颌阻生智齿冠周炎,随机分成实验组和对照组,每组76例,观察组将羧甲基壳聚糖置于冠周袋内,对照组冠周袋内置碘甘油。结果：两组有效率分别为96.05%和86.84%,两组差异性比较有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：羧甲基壳聚糖治疗下颌阻生智齿急性冠周炎效果优于碘甘油。

| Abstract: | Objective： To compare the effectiveness of carboxy-methylchiton and iodine glycerine on the treatment of wisdom tooth pericoronitis.Method： 152 cases acute pericoronitis were included in this study.They were divided into experiment group and caontrol group.After routine pocket rinsing.Carboxy-methylchiton and iodine glycerine were applied locally into the pocket.Result：The effective rate was 96.05%and 86.84% in experiment group and control group.There＇s significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion：Carboxy-methylchiton is more effective than iodine glycerine used locally in the treatment of wisdom tooth pericoronitis. |
