分析、总结、概括相关文献,从血脂异常的发病机制、临床治疗及现代药理研究方面进行阐述,认为血脂异常的发生与瘀、痰有关,多由脏腑虚损及功能失调所致,其治疗应根据临床表现辨证分型论治。指出中药降脂具有广阔的前景,但扩大中医药包括单味药和复方在降脂治疗中的作用尚需做大量的工作,如需进一步加强中药降脂作用机制环节及复方配伍规律研究等。

Analysis,summary,overview of relevant literature,from the pathogenesis,clinical treatment of dyslipidemia and modern pharmacological research aspects,think the occurrence of abnormal blood lipid level and stasis and phlegm the,due to cystic disease and dysfunction from viscera,the treatment should be based on syndrome differentiation treatment of clinical manifestations.Points out that lipid of traditional Chinese medicine have broad prospects,but expanded including a single drug,and traditional Chinese medicine compound on the role of lipid-lowering therapy is still a lot of work needs to be done,such as the need to further strengthen the mechanisms of lipid-lowering effect of traditional Chinese medicine such as links and compound compatibility of research.
