中医多途径综合疗法、腹水超滤浓缩回输联合西医治疗肝硬化腹水随机对照临床研究

[目的]观察中医多途径综合疗法、腹水超滤浓缩回输联合西医治疗肝硬化腹水的临床疗效。[方法]采用随机、对照方法,将80例患者按随机数字表法,分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。对照组采用西医常规疗法（包括护肝、利尿、补充白蛋白及对症等）。治疗组在对照组基础上加用中医多途径综合疗法（包括中药汤剂内服、神农消鼓舒腹散敷脐及多功能艾灸仪穴位灸治）与腹水超滤浓缩回输。10d为1疗程,治疗2个疗程后进行疗效判定。[结果]治疗组Ⅰ级疗效25例,Ⅱ级疗效13例,Ⅲ级疗效2例。对照组Ⅰ级疗效15例,Ⅱ级疗效16例,Ⅲ级疗效9例。治疗组临床疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。[结论]中医多途径综合疗法、腹水超滤浓缩回输联合西医治疗肝硬化腹水,疗效显著。

A Random Control Clinical Study on Treatment of Ascites due to Cirrhosis with Traditional Chinese Medicine Multi-way Comprehensive Therapy,Ascites Ultrafiltration Concentration Back-transfusion Combining with Western Medicine

[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of traditionalChinese medicine multi-way comprehensive therapy,ascites ultrafiltration concentration back-transfusion combining with Western medicine for treatment of ascites due to cirrhosis.[Methods] With random and control method,80 cases were divided into the treatment group and control group by using the random number table method,and each group consisted of 40 cases.Western medicine routine treatment was conducted for the control group（such as liver protection,diuresis,supplementing albumin,treatment suitable to the symptom and so on）.On the basis of the control group,additional traditional Chinese medicine multi-way comprehensive therapy（such as oral administration of Chinese medicine broth,applying Shennong tympany elimination and abdomen comfort powder to umbo and acupoint moxibustion with multi-functional instrument） and ascites ultrafiltration concentration back-transfusion were utilized.10d was one treatment course,and curative effect was determined after treatment for two treatment courses.[Results] For the treatment group,there were 25 cases with class I curative effect,13 cases with class II curative effect and 2 cases with class III curative effect.For the control group,there were 15 cases with class I curative effect,16 cases with class II curative effect and 9 cases with class III curative effect.Clinical effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（P0.05）.[Conclusion] Traditional Chinese medicine multi-way comprehensive therapy,ascites ultrafiltration concentration back-transfusion combining with Western medicine have a significant effect on treatment of ascites due to cirrhosis.
